Madrid/ Porto-based composer, musician, sound designer and producer.
Every music has its soul. I am devoted to uncovering and highlighting this essence in every project I undertake. All music possesses the power to stir profound emotions in us and nurture a deeper connection to our shared humanity. Whether in the role of a composer, musician, mixing engineer, or producer, my goal is to tap into and amplify this innate potential.
As a musician, guitar and electronic processing are my main vehicles of expression, although I also embrace roles as a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist. I’ve released music as Nothing Places, been/am part of Oso Leone, Teryl Kaiz and Mucho, and recorded and toured with several established artists within the Spanish music scene. Now, I am embarking on a new chapter, focusing on a more experimental and idiosyncratic path as a solo artist.
I’m currently developing a practice rooted in the exploration of sound’s capacity to induce altered states of consciousness and provoke transformative experiences. Drawing inspiration from the hyper-awareness states that can be achieved through deep meditation and working with entheogens -where sound percepcetion is magnified tenfold-, I augment various organic sound sources through intricate sonic manipulation and reassembly, striving to bring out and magnify the subtle qualities hidden within these sources, creating spaces from which deeper meaning can emerge. Always aiming to create thought-provoking and immersive listening experiences.
